 Jon Holt

Jon R. Holt is a chairman and principal owner of Super Radiator Coils and Mead Metal Products. Super Radiator is a producer and recognized leader in the design and manufacture of original equipment and replacement fin/tube heat transfer products for air conditioning, heating refrigeration and industrial process applications. The Company has operations in Richmond, Virginia; Minneapolis; and Phoenix. Mead Metal Products, located in Shoreview, Minnesota, is a slitting and rolling distributor servicing local stamping businesses.

Prior to ownership of Super Radiator and Mead, Mr. Holt was vice president of manufacturing for the Lighting Systems Division of Sterner Lighting Systems, Inc. Preceding that, he served as executive vice president and general manager of Devac, Inc. a producer of high-performance aluminum windows. In addition, Mr. Holt held positions in the management at Wagner Spray Tech, Inc., Litton Microwave Cooking, Smith Systems Manufacturing and Alcoa Aluminum.

Mr. Holt earned his bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from the University of Michigan. His grandfather, father, wife, son, daughter and granddaughter are also University alumni. In 2002, he received the Alumni Society Distinguished Service Award from the College.

Mr. Holt earned his master's degree from the Purdue University Krannert School of Industrial Administration.
